Avenue Health Partners with Claremont Unified School District Student and Family Resource Center to Support Student Wellness
Access to basic health supplies can make a meaningful difference for students and families facing challenges. Avenue Health is partnering with the Claremont Unified School District Student and Family Resource Center to help provide essential wellness resources to those in need.
Avenue Health is proud to support the Student and Family Resource Center at Claremont Unified School District (CUSD) through the donation of essential health and wellness supplies for students and families in need.
The initiative is intended to help expand access to basic healthcare necessities and support the well-being of vulnerable students and families within the district. Avenue Health anticipates continuing to provide support and resources in collaboration with community partners as future needs arise.

This collaboration was made possible through the leadership of Rosa Leong, Senior Liaison at the CUSD Student and Family Resource Center, and Dr. Kristine Kawamura of Claremont Graduate University, founder of the community initiative We Care Big, which focuses on providing essential resources and support to local students and families.
"At Avenue Health, we believe community health begins long before someone enters a pharmacy. Supporting students with basic healthcare necessities is a meaningful extension of our mission to strengthen community well-being and reduce preventable harm.”
— Rohit Sheta, RPh, Founder & CEO of Avenue Health
The partnership reflects Avenue Health’s broader commitment to community-centered care, prevention, and harm reduction. Avenue Health looks forward to continued collaboration with CUSD Student and Family Resource Center and community partners working to improve access to essential resources for students throughout the region.
